Why Intrak

Residential valet is a daily relationship, not an event.

Residents see your valet team more than they see your board, your manager, or your amenities. They notice when the car takes twelve minutes, when the attendant doesn't know their name, and when a guest is left waiting at the porte-cochère. That is why Intrak specializes in residential valet: we assign dedicated attendants to your building, train them on your property's rules and residents, and supervise coverage every shift.

Our attendants are trained to hotel hospitality standards, background-checked, and fully insured. Every vehicle is scanned and photographed at check-in and again at check-out, every key is tracked to a numbered claim check, and residents can request their car from their unit, the pool deck, or the elevator — even in concrete garages where phones lose signal.

  • Dedicated team assigned to your building, trained on your residents and rules
  • 24/7 coverage available, including overnight shifts
  • QR claim tickets: residents request their car from anywhere in the building
  • Text alert when the car is waiting at the entrance
  • Check-in and check-out scans of every vehicle, stored per ticket
  • Guest and visitor parking handled with the same standard
  • Scheduled shifts and time tracking so coverage never has gaps

Questions

Residential & HOA Valet: frequently asked questions

Can Intrak provide condo valet 24 hours a day?

Yes. Intrak operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and can staff residential buildings around the clock, including overnight shifts. Coverage hours are set with your board or management company during the assessment.

Will our building have the same attendants every day?

Residential buildings get a dedicated team rather than a rotating crew, so attendants learn your residents, their vehicles, and your building's procedures.

How do residents request their car?

Each resident receives a claim ticket with a QR code. Scanning it sends the request to the valet team from anywhere in the building, even in low-signal garages, and the resident gets a text when the car is at the entrance.

What happens if a vehicle is damaged?

Intrak is fully licensed and insured, and every vehicle is scanned and photographed at check-in and at check-out, with the record stored on its ticket, so any claim starts from a clear before-and-after record of the car's condition.

How much does condo valet service cost?

It depends on coverage hours, number of attendants, and building traffic. We start with a complimentary valet assessment of your entrance and garage, then send a proposal specific to your building.

How quickly can service start at our building?

Most buildings launch within a few weeks of signing: attendants are assigned and trained on your property's rules, QR claim tickets are introduced to residents, and the first shifts are supervised by an Intrak manager. Large 24/7 operations can take longer to staff properly.

Do residents have to tip the valet?

No. Tipping is always optional and never a requirement of service, and Intrak attendants never solicit tips. Many residents do tip around the holidays or after a helpful hand; how tips are handled is set openly with each property.
