A story of seamless service: Holiday event success
A luxury residential community recently hosted a large holiday event for its residents – more than 150 guests, limited parking, and a tight arrival window. In past years, the property struggled with long lines, frustrated residents, and complaints about slow valet service. The event team was nervous about a repeat.
